Information collected
- Contact details: name, email, phone, preferred language
- Health information from the screening questionnaire, with your explicit consent
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider; I never store your card number
- Minimal technical data needed to run the website
Use
Your information is used to answer your requests, deliver contracted services, keep you safe while training and meet legal obligations. Promotional emails are only sent with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention and security
Health information is stored privately with restricted access. I keep your information only as long as needed for the stated purposes or required by law.
