Terms and consumer rights

As Québec law requires, nothing is charged before your first session and no deposit is taken. Coaching programs are paid in equal instalments every 4 weeks, and your weekly rate stays the same for the whole contract.

If you live outside Canada, Foundations Online and Strong & Steady Online are billed to you in US dollars. Everything else is billed in Canadian dollars, wherever you live. The currency is set in your contract and does not change.

You may cancel at any time: before your first session at no cost; afterwards, only services already delivered at your contract rate are owed. I waive the cancellation penalty the law allows. Use the Cancel my program button, the form attached to your contract or written notice. Refunds are issued within 10 days.

With at least 24 hours' notice, the session is rescheduled within the same 4-week period. Illness or a medical reason notified any time before the session: it is rescheduled, never forfeited. Otherwise, a late cancellation or no-show counts as a delivered session. You also get one life-happens pass every 12 weeks.

When a situation calls for a health professional, I refer you to your doctor, a physiotherapist, or a registered dietitian (ODNQ).
